Lead transfer

Move leads off one, several or all agents - narrowed by status, project or both - either to other agents or into a request folder where they wait with everything intact.

Nobody picked yet.

Any status - closed, booked and junk left out.

No project picked - all projects.

The leads leave the agent and wait in the folder with their status, notes and history. An agent linked to that folder later gets the same lead back - not a copy.

Unique code used in CRM and agent assignments.

Used for WhatsApp search and lead matching. Auto-filled on new projects if left empty.

Cannot be changed once events have been sent. Meta keeps event names for ever, and renaming one restarts the learning of every campaign optimising on it. Its events read SM_Interested, SM_VisitAligned. Leave blank and this project sends no Meta events. Letters, digits and underscores, 2–16 characters.

    Unassigned leads are assigned as Pool New. Already assigned Pool New leads are moved to the new agent. Worked leads are skipped.

    New request folder

    Name the folder for your own reference (e.g. Gulberg batch, Vehicle data). Only the name is required — a folder with no agents is a place to park data until you need it.

    Only linked agents see this folder in Request leads. Others keep the legacy General/Faisalabad pool. Leave it empty to park data now and link agents later from the folder itself — nothing is handed out until somebody is linked.

    Link agents

    Tick agents who should see this folder when they tap Request leads on WhatsApp. Other agents keep using the legacy General/Faisalabad pool. Search does not remove existing selections.

    Rename folder

    Folder names are admin-only — agents never see them.

    Copy or move leads

    They arrive as unassigned leads with no link to this folder's agents — the same as importing the sheet there. Phone numbers already in that folder are skipped.
